Studivanta began with a very ordinary observation and a very stubborn frustration. Millions of students in India sit down every evening with the same intention — to finish one more chapter, revise one more formula, attempt one more mock test. What they actually get is a scattered pile of PDFs, ten-hour video playlists, coaching notes borrowed from a friend, and an endless feed of social media designed to steal the very attention they were trying to protect. The information exists. The structure does not. Studivanta exists to supply that missing structure.
We are a small, focused team of educators, engineers and former aspirants who have personally walked through JEE, NEET, UPSC and Board preparation. We know what a 6 a.m. revision session feels like when the syllabus looks infinite, and we know how demoralising it is to spend forty minutes searching for good notes instead of forty minutes actually studying. That memory is the design brief for everything we build.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple to state and hard to execute: make high-quality, exam-aligned study material available to every student in under sixty seconds, at a price that a student can actually afford. Good preparation should not depend on which city you live in, which coaching institute your family can pay for, or whether a senior was kind enough to share their notes. A student in a small town with a modest smartphone should open Studivanta and get the same quality of explanation as a student in a metro classroom.
What Studivanta Offers
The platform is organised around the way students actually revise — by exam, then class, then subject, then chapter. Once a chapter is selected, everything a student needs is generated on demand:
- AI Study Notes — structured, chapter-specific notes with headings, key terms in bold, worked explanations and a quick-revision summary at the end.
- Practice Questions — sets of exam-style multiple-choice questions across easy, medium and hard difficulty, each with the correct answer and a short explanation.
- Timed Mock Tests — full-length practice tests with selectable durations of 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, automatic submission when the clock runs out, and an instant score breakdown.
- 60-Second Lessons — a reel-style feed of bite-sized concepts with an inline quiz, designed for the gaps between classes and commutes.
- A Personal Saved Library — every generated item can be saved, re-read in a clean formatted view, or downloaded as a Markdown file for offline revision.
- Progress, Streaks and XP — light gamification that rewards consistency rather than cramming.
Exams We Support
Studivanta covers the examinations that matter most to Indian students, and we keep adding more as demand grows. The current catalogue includes:
- Engineering — JEE Main, JEE Advanced and GATE.
- Medical — NEET UG.
- Civil services and defence — UPSC, CDS and AFCAT.
- Staff selection and public sector — SSC, Banking and Railway recruitment.
- Management, law and university entrance — CAT, CLAT, CUET UG and CUET PG.
- Teaching and research — UGC NET and CTET.
- School boards — Class 1 to Class 12, chapter-mapped to the NCERT curriculum.
How Our AI Works
Every piece of content on Studivanta is generated by a large language model that receives a carefully engineered prompt containing the exam, the class or level, the subject and the exact chapter. The model is instructed to write for an Indian examination context, to match the difficulty of the chosen exam, and to return content in a strict structure so that we can render it consistently — headings as headings, key points as lists, answers clearly marked.
We treat AI as a tireless teaching assistant, not an oracle. It drafts fast and it drafts well, but it is not infallible. That is why every generated page carries the reminder to verify facts against your official textbook or syllabus document before relying on them in an exam. Our job is to save you the hours of drafting; your textbook remains the final authority.
Privacy and Fairness
A study platform holds surprisingly personal information — what you struggle with, how often you revise, where you fall behind. We treat that as private by default. Each account is completely isolated: your generated notes, mock tests and saved library belong to your unique account ID and are never visible to another user, even on a shared device. Saved material stored on your device is encoded per account so that switching users never exposes the previous user's work.
On fairness, we run a genuinely usable free tier with daily limits on each feature, and a low-cost Pro plan for students who need unlimited generation. We do not sell student data, we do not run intrusive third-party advertising networks, and we do not lock basic learning behind a paywall.
Our Principles
- Speed over spectacle — a student should get useful material within a minute of opening the app.
- Structure over volume — a tight one-page summary beats a forty-page unreadable dump.
- Honesty about AI — we tell you clearly when content is machine-generated and should be verified.
- Affordability — pricing designed around a student's pocket money, not a corporate budget.
- Accessibility — a mobile-first interface that works on modest devices and slow connections.
Where We Are Going
The roadmap ahead includes personalised revision schedules based on your weak chapters, previous year question analysis, spaced-repetition flashcards, regional language support and collaborative study rooms where friends can attempt the same mock test together. Each of these comes from student requests, because the fastest way for us to build the right thing is to listen to the people using it every day.
Talk to Us
We read every message. If you have found an error in generated content, want a new exam added, need help with your account, or simply want to tell us what your preparation feels like right now, use our Contact Us page. Student feedback has shaped nearly every feature described above, and it will shape whatever comes next.
Thank you for trusting Studivanta with a part of your preparation. We hope it gives you back the one resource no exam can replace: time.
