Studivanta provides study notes, practice questions, mock tests and micro-lessons generated by artificial intelligence. The platform is designed to save students time and to give structure to revision. It is, however, a supplementary learning aid and not a substitute for your prescribed textbooks, your teachers, your coaching material or the official syllabus published by your examination authority. Please read this page carefully before relying on any content produced by the Service.
1. Accuracy of AI-Generated Content
All study material on Studivanta is produced by large language models. These models are powerful but imperfect. They can, on occasion, produce content that is outdated, incomplete, oversimplified or simply wrong — a phenomenon commonly described as "hallucination". We engineer our prompts carefully to reduce this risk, but we cannot eliminate it.
- Verify every factual claim — dates, formulas, constants, definitions, statutes and scientific values — against your official textbook before memorising it.
- Treat answer keys as indicative. The marked correct option in a practice question or mock test may occasionally be incorrect or debatable.
- Expect syllabus drift. Boards and examination bodies revise syllabi; generated content may reflect an earlier version.
- Question length and depth vary. Generated material may not match the exact marking scheme, word limits or question patterns of your specific paper.
- Report errors. If you find a mistake, please tell us through the Contact Us page so we can improve the platform for everyone.
2. No Guarantee of Examination Results
Using Studivanta does not guarantee success in any examination, admission, recruitment process or interview. Examination outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, including your study hours, prior knowledge, the difficulty of the actual paper, competition levels, cut-offs and performance on the day. Our mock test scores are indicative of practice performance only; they are not predictions of your real score, rank, percentile or selection prospects. Any improvement reported by other students is an individual experience and should not be read as a promise.
3. No Affiliation With Examination Authorities
Studivanta is an independent educational technology platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to the National Testing Agency, the Central Board of Secondary Education, NCERT, the Union Public Service Commission, the Staff Selection Commission, the Railway Recruitment Boards, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, the Indian Institutes of Technology or Management, the Consortium of National Law Universities, or any other examination body, board, university or government department.
Examination names such as JEE, NEET, UPSC, SSC, CAT, CLAT, CUET, GATE, UGC NET and CTET are used purely to describe the syllabus context of the study material. All trademarks and names belong to their respective owners. For eligibility, application procedures, examination dates, patterns and official syllabi, always consult the official website of the relevant authority, which is the only authoritative source.
4. Not Professional Advice
Content on Studivanta is provided for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological or career advice, and it must not be treated as such. Biology and medical content generated for NEET preparation is academic material and must never be used for diagnosis or treatment. Legal content generated for CLAT or UPSC preparation is academic material and must never be relied upon as legal advice. Where you need professional advice, please consult a qualified professional.
5. Mock Tests and Timing
Our mock tests allow you to choose a duration and submit automatically when time expires. They are practice instruments intended to build speed and stamina. Question counts, difficulty distribution, negative marking conventions and section weightings may differ from the actual examination. Always confirm the real pattern from the official information bulletin, and use our timers as a training tool rather than a simulation of the exact paper.
6. Academic Integrity
Studivanta must be used to prepare for examinations, not to circumvent them. Using the Service during a live examination, test, assessment or interview where external assistance is prohibited is strictly forbidden and may constitute academic misconduct under your institution's rules. If you submit AI-generated material as your own original work where originality is required, you do so entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any consequence. We take no responsibility for disciplinary action arising from misuse of the Service.
7. Service Availability and Technical Limitations
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Generation depends on third-party AI providers, hosting infrastructure and your own internet connection. Outages, latency, capacity limits or failed generations can occur, sometimes at inconvenient moments. Please do not plan a critical revision session around the assumption of uninterrupted availability, and keep offline copies — using our download feature — of any material you consider essential.
8. Saved Content and Device Storage
Items in your saved library are stored against your unique account identifier and, for speed, also cached in your browser's local storage in a per-account encoded form. Clearing your browser data, switching devices, or using private browsing may remove locally cached material. Download anything you cannot afford to lose. We are not liable for study material lost through browser storage being cleared by you, your device or your browser.
9. External Links and Third-Party Content
The Service may reference or link to external websites, books or resources. These references are offered for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality or availability of third-party content, nor for the privacy practices of any external site you visit.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studivanta and its team accept no liability for any loss or damage — including lost marks, missed admissions, lost opportunities, wasted study time, lost data or financial loss — arising from reliance on content generated by the Service. Your use of Studivanta is at your own discretion and risk. This disclaimer should be read alongside the limitation of liability clause in our Terms & Conditions.
11. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer as the platform, our AI providers or the regulatory environment change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after an update indicates your acceptance of it.
12. Contact
If any part of this disclaimer is unclear, or if you wish to report inaccurate study content, please write to content@getneurolearn.com or use our Contact Us page. Reports from students are the single most effective way we improve accuracy — thank you for helping us get it right.
